Procedure to follow and information to give
to the Harbour Master before ship arrival

  1. Give the estimated time of arrival within a reasonable delay.
  2. Provide a list of crew members.
  3. Give the MARSEC level in effect for the ship.
  4. Notify crew of the MARSEC level in effect for the port.
  5. Notify crew of security measures at the port.
  6. Complete a declaration of security with the security officer if necessary.
  7. Provide crew members with the identification papers needed at the access control.
  8. Provide a list of visitors expected on board and collaborate with the Port Facilities Security Agent (PFSA) to coordinate their arrival.
  9. Provide a list of suppliers expected on board.
  10. Provide a list of phone contacts in the event of an emergency.
