- The collision repair shop lists jobs and updates their progress, adding pictures and comments.
- The auto insurer (and/or claim adjuster) checks on the work's progress online and/or receives updates by email.
- The client (insured or not) checks his vehicle file online to witness his repair's progress, see pictures and read comments.
LeTracker is a tool for the collision centers, which allows them to note the progress on the work in process, including photos and comments. This progress can then be consulted online by the vehicle’s owners and in the case of an insurance claim, by the insurer of the vehicle in question.
